Most decisions do not matter. Some decide the fate of companies, capital, and communities. Rising Mount exists for the second kind.
The network's vision is specific. Within the decade, any member organisation — and any institution a member serves — should be able to bring a consequential decision to the network and have it examined with the same depth of intelligence, the same discipline of method, and the same honesty of conclusion, regardless of geography, sector, or size.
This is not a vision of scale. The network does not intend to be the largest consulting organisation in the world. It intends to be the most rigorous per decision.
One shared mind, many sovereign hands. A knowledge architecture where the lessons of every engagement — anonymised, structured, governed — raise the quality of the next one, in every member, in every country.
Intelligence as infrastructure. Analytical machinery — research pipelines, domain models, evaluation engines — maintained centrally, owned collectively, and available to every member as naturally as electricity.
The normalisation of refusal. A consulting culture where “do not proceed” is a respected deliverable. Phase Zero exists to reject. The network's ambition is for this discipline to become the expected standard of the profession, not its exception.
Judgement that remains human. As analytical machinery grows more capable, the network's commitment grows firmer: machines prepare decisions; accountable people make them.
By 2030, the network intends to operate research infrastructure on four continents, maintain member organisations across twelve countries, and publish a body of open intelligence that raises the standard of decision-making beyond its own membership.
The vision will be measured the way the network measures everything: not by what it claims, but by what survives scrutiny.
The network does not predict the future. It prepares its members to decide within it.
